Nerdology: Don't Turn On Your PS3 →
A crazy amount of errors are springing for PS3 owners under the name Error Code 8001050F. I don’t really know what is going on but it seems to come up for all games, including games that don’t have any connectivity online features. It also seems that owners of older PS3s have had their clocks set…  Haha. This happened to us! Couldn’t even sign in.
